various flavors and the mix of 2 chosen flavors - Our machine has installed the air pump that with
adjustable overrun from 20% – 80%. Air pump is
reducing the generation of ice crystals, it makes the
taste smooth and ice cream look white. It reduces
the use of raw materials which increase the profit
for the owner of the machine.
